Explications.<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Plusieurs fois envisag\u00e9e, autant de fois diff\u00e9r\u00e9e, cette ouverture devrait permettre \u00e0 un plus grand nombre d\u2019utilisateurs de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier des nombreux avantages de l\u2019utilisation d\u2019un nom de domaine .AU, selon Suzanne Ewart, la pr\u00e9sidente d\u2019auDA (.au Domain Administration Ltd). Il aura fallu en effet pr\u00e8s de 10 ans pour la rendre effective. Autant dire que le registre a pris les mesures n\u00e9cessaires afin que ce lancement ait lieu dans les meilleures conditions possibles de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et d\u2019efficacit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Avant l\u2019ouverture g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de l\u2019extension au public, <strong>les titulaires de noms de domaine en .COM.AU\u00a0<\/strong>devraient b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019une p\u00e9riode de 6 mois pendant laquelle ils pourront faire valoir leurs droits directement en <strong>.AU<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Le registre pr\u00e9cise en outre que l\u2019enregistrement d\u2019un nom de domaine <strong>.AU\u00a0<\/strong>sera ouvert aux entreprises, particuliers et organisations qui pourront justifier d\u2019une <strong>pr\u00e9sence australienne<\/strong>. Aucun autre crit\u00e8re d\u2019\u00e9ligibilit\u00e9 ou d\u2019attribution ne devrait \u00eatre requis.<\/p>\n<h2>Conseil d\u2019expert<\/h2>\n<p>EBRAND annoncera le calendrier d\u2019ouverture pr\u00e9cis d\u00e8s qu\u2019il sera officialis\u00e9 par le registre australien.
