Bien au contraire, \u00a0<strong>e<em>lle explose<\/em><\/strong>, rappelle Delphine Sarfati-Sobreira, Directrice g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.unifab.com\">UNIFAB<\/a>. En effet, tandis que la plupart des acteurs \u00e9conomiques sont affect\u00e9s par la crise sanitaire et sociale li\u00e9e au COVID-19, les r\u00e9seaux criminels en profitent pour inonder les march\u00e9s en ligne et hors ligne de produits contrefaisants susceptibles de mettre des vies en danger\u00a0: la vie des citoyens, malades ou non, mais aussi celle du personnel soignant qui <strong><em>se retrouve confront\u00e9 \u00e0 des produits pharmaceutiques et m\u00e9dicaux dont il ne peut garantir l\u2019efficacit\u00e9<\/em><\/strong>,\u00a0souligne Delphine Sarfati-Sobreira<em>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>La criminalit\u00e9 organis\u00e9e gagne du terrain<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Nous l\u2019avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 dit, le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne n\u2019est pas nouveau (cf.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ebrandservices.fr\/limpact-du-covid-19-la-contrefacon-cible-les-produits-pharmaceutiques-strategiques\/\">L\u2019IMPACT DU COVID-19 : LA CONTREFA\u00c7ON CIBLE LES PRODUITS PHARMACEUTIQUES STRATEGIQUES<\/a>). Mais la crise, en modifiant nos habitudes (peu de mobilit\u00e9, plus de t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, boom des achats en ligne\u2026) a favoris\u00e9 la multiplication des activit\u00e9s illicites, d\u2019autant plus facilement que les r\u00e9seaux criminels tirent \u00e9galement parti de l\u2019\u00e9puisement des stocks pour \u00e9couler des produits contrefaits et potentiellement dangereux. Et <strong><em>il est \u00e0 craindre que<\/em> <em>la criminalit\u00e9 organis\u00e9e ne cesse de gagner en importance<\/em><\/strong>, insiste l\u2019UNIFAB.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>La lutte contre la contrefa\u00e7on\u00a0suppose une mobilisation g\u00e9n\u00e9rale<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Les effets n\u00e9fastes de la crise li\u00e9e au COVID-19 se cumulent\u00a0: risques sanitaires et s\u00e9curitaires pour les consommateurs, risques \u00e9conomiques pour les entreprises (perte de chiffre d\u2019affaires, d\u00e9ficit d\u2019image\u2026). Face \u00e0 de tels fl\u00e9aux, il convient de rappeler, s\u2019il en est besoin, que la sant\u00e9 et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des citoyens n\u2019ont pas de prix et que les droits de propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle doivent \u00eatre respect\u00e9s et prot\u00e9g\u00e9s.\u00a0C\u2019est pourquoi Delphine Sarfati-Sobreira appelle \u00e0 la mobilisation de tous, marques, entreprises et consommateurs<em>, <strong>pour poursuivre et soutenir les initiatives et actions d\u00e9j\u00e0 engag\u00e9es, et faire de la lutte contre la contrefa\u00e7on en ligne et hors ligne une priorit\u00e9.
