Il permet de prot\u00e9ger sa marque ou son nom (propre ou commercial) sans avoir \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser un site pour adulte ou payer des frais de renouvellement annuels du nom de domaine. AdultBlock est propos\u00e9 en deux variantes\u00a0:<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>AdultBlock <\/strong>permet aux demandeurs de bloquer leurs noms de domaine, <strong>en une seule op\u00e9ration<\/strong>, dans les 4 extensions .ADULT, .PORN, .SEXE et .XXX.\u00a0Les noms dits \u00ab\u00a0premium\u00a0\u00bb, \u00e0 la valeur \u00e9conomique ou symbolique importante, ainsi que les noms retombant dans le domaine public, sont couverts par ce service.<\/li>\n<li><strong>AdultBlock+<\/strong> ajoute \u00e0 ce service de base le blocage de toutes les variantes d\u2019une marque ou d\u2019un nom. Il couvre \u00e9galement les caract\u00e8res IDN et les homoglyphes (caract\u00e8res dont la ressemblance peut pr\u00eater \u00e0 confusion).\u00a0AdultBlock+ couvre en outre plus de 20 langues et \u00e9critures dont le chinois (simplifi\u00e9 et traditionnel), le fran\u00e7ais, l&rsquo;allemand, l&rsquo;italien, le cor\u00e9en, le portugais, le russe.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><strong>UN DISPOSITIF AUX CRIT\u00c8RES D\u2019\u00c9LIGIBILIT\u00c9 \u00c9TENDUS<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Sont concern\u00e9es\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>les marques d\u00e9pos\u00e9es en vigueur \u00e0 la date d&rsquo;examen de la demande mais non enregistr\u00e9es dans la Trademark Clearing House (TMCH). Le demandeur doit \u00eatre le titulaire du nom ou un repr\u00e9sentant d\u00fbment d\u00e9sign\u00e9\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>les <strong>marques non d\u00e9pos\u00e9es<\/strong>, qu\u2019elles utilisent des graphiques, des images, des mots, des symboles, ou une combinaison de ceux-ci, pour signifier le caract\u00e8re distinctif ou la source d&rsquo;un produit ou d&rsquo;un service\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>les <strong>entreprises<\/strong> (soci\u00e9t\u00e9s enregistr\u00e9es et\/ou noms commerciaux)\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>les <strong>personnalit\u00e9s<\/strong> en vue, dites <em>\u00ab\u00a0celebrity names\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, pouvant justifier d\u2019un tel statut (acteurs, personnalit\u00e9s politiques\u2026).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les entit\u00e9s int\u00e9ress\u00e9es doivent cependant soumettre leur demande en fournissant tout document prouvant leur l\u00e9gitimit\u00e9.
