Senior Sales Manager

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven, and strategic Sales Manager to accelerate EBRAND’s growth across North America. This role is ideal for a consultative seller with a strong understanding of cybersecurity - particularly in areas like digital risk protection, external threat intelligence, anti-phishing, or online brand protection.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing a high-quality pipeline, engaging key stakeholders, and driving end-to-end sales cycles with mid-market and enterprise accounts. This is a critical role in expanding our U.S. market presence and delivering impactful solutions to a rapidly growing client base. Responsibilities

New Business Generation

  • Proactively identify, target, and engage qualified prospects across mid-market and enterprise segments in the U.S.
  • Drive outbound outreach and lead follow-up, demonstrating tenacity and professionalism through personalized, multi-channel communication strategies.
  • Build and maintain a healthy, qualified sales pipeline that aligns with aggressive growth targets.

Consultative Solution Selling
  • Uncover and understand clients’ business risks related to phishing, brand impersonation, dark web activity, counterfeit goods, domain abuse, and other digital threats.
  • Translate technical needs into tailored solutions using EBRAND’s OBP and DRP offerings.
  • Position EBRAND as a long-term partner in brand protection and digital risk strategy - not just a service provider.

Full-Cycle Sales Management
  • Own the end-to-end sales process: prospecting, qualification, discovery, demo coordination, proposal creation, pricing strategy, contract negotiation, and close.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and activity tracking via CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Stakeholder Engagement
  • Cultivate strong relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and C-level executives across IT, security, and legal.
  • Lead high-impact conversations and coordinate product demos with technical experts when needed.

Market & Product Expertise
  • Stay informed on trends in cybersecurity, brand abuse, and online fraud to enhance sales positioning.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and EBRAND’s value differentiation in OBP, DRP, and CDM.

Team Collaboration
  • Partner with marketing on campaign feedback and lead nurturing strategies.
  • Work closely with pre-sales, customer success, and product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client satisfaction.

Who you are

  • 5 years+ of B2B sales experience, preferably in digital risk protection, threat intelligence, cybersecurity, anti-phishing, or online brand protection. Experience in corporate domain management is a strong plus.
  • Strong understanding of pain points and business drivers across security, IT, and legal teams.
  • Demonstrated persistence and self-discipline - you consistently follow through and thrive under pressure.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles, navigate multiple stakeholders, and close strategic deals.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; able to build trust and communicate complex ideas clearly.
  • Proficient in CRM and sales productivity tools; comfortable using analytics for reporting and forecasting.
  • Based in the U.S., authorized to work in the U.S., and available for occasional travel.
