Sales Executive, US (Remote)

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Sales Executive to accelerate EBRAND’s growth across North America. This role is ideal for a consultative seller with exposure to brand protection and digital risk, including anti-counterfeiting, supply-chain abuse, domain and DNS threats, phishing, and brand impersonation. The ideal candidate understands how cybercriminals exploit brands across the web, marketplaces, social media, domains, and apps - and can translate these risks into clear business value for enterprise customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing a high-quality pipeline, engaging key stakeholders, and driving end-to-end sales cycles with mid-market and enterprise accounts. This is a critical role in expanding our U.S. market presence and delivering impactful solutions to a rapidly growing client base. This role is well suited for a results-oriented professional who excels in dynamic, high-growth environments and is motivated to help shape the next phase of our rapid U.S. expansion.

Responsibilities

New Business Generation

  • Prospect Strategically: Proactively identify, target, and engage qualified mid-market and enterprise prospects across the U.S.
  • Execute Outbound Outreach: Drive personalized, multi-channel outreach and disciplined lead follow-up with persistence and professionalism.
  • Build Qualified Pipeline: Develop and maintain a healthy, high-quality pipeline aligned with ambitious growth targets.

Consultative Solution Selling

  • Diagnose Digital Risk: Uncover client exposure to counterfeiting, gray-market activity, phishing, brand impersonation, domain abuse, dark web threats, and related risks.
  • Deliver Tailored Solutions: Translate technical and business needs into customized solutions leveraging EBRAND’s Online Brand Protection and Digital Risk offerings.
  • Position Strategic Partnership: Establish EBRAND as a long-term advisor in brand protection and digital risk strategy, not merely a service provider.

Full-Cycle Sales Management

  • Own the Revenue Process: Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through discovery, demo coordination, proposal development, pricing strategy, negotiation, and close.
  • Maintain Sales Discipline: Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and activity tracking using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Engage Decision-Makers: Build strong relationships with influencers and C-level stakeholders across IT, security, legal, and executive teams.
  • Lead Executive Conversations: Facilitate high-impact discussions and coordinate technical product demonstrations when required.

Market & Product Knowledge

  • Stay Market-Aware: Monitor trends in cybersecurity, brand abuse, and online fraud to sharpen positioning and competitive relevance.
  • Differentiate Effectively: Understand the competitive landscape and clearly articulate EBRAND’s value across OBP, DRP, and CDM solutions.

Team Collaboration

  • Align with Marketing: Provide campaign feedback and support lead nurturing strategies to improve conversion performance.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Success: Collaborate with pre-sales, customer success, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and sustained client satisfaction.

Who you are: An EBRAND BDR

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in brand protection, digital risk protection, cybersecurity, legal tech, or related fields.
  • Hands-on experience managing complex sales cycles and closing strategic deals with enterprise accounts.
  • Our Sales Executive should be based in the United States and authorized to work in the U.S., with availability for occasional travel.
  • Proven, practical experience with: CRM and sales productivity tools (Salesforce, HubSpot), navigating multiple stakeholders across IT, security, and legal teams, consultative solution selling, and managing end-to-end sales processes from prospecting through close.
  • A solid understanding of industry pain points related to counterfeiting, phishing, domain abuse, and digital threats.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build trust and communicate complex ideas clearly.
  • Experience in brand protection, anti-counterfeiting, threat intelligence, or corporate domain management is a strong plus.
  • A track record of persistence, self-discipline, and consistently following through under pressure to hit aggressive targets.
