Sales Development Representative

Overview
We are looking for a driven and analytical Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support EBRAND’s enterprise sales growth in North America. This is a critical entry point to our go-to-market team and a fast-track opportunity into full-cycle business development.
In this role, you will generate and qualify leads by researching target accounts, understanding customer pain points, and crafting personalized outreach. You'll work closely with senior sales leadership, marketing, and product teams to engage key stakeholders and build strategic pipeline in high-risk industries.
This is more than a traditional SDR role — it’s a research-driven, insight-led position where curiosity, persistence, and business acumen will determine your success.
Responsibilities
Prospecting and outreach
- Identify and research U.S.-based enterprise accounts vulnerable to brand abuse, impersonation, or digital fraud
- Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and ZoomInfo to uncover the right stakeholders (e.g. IP counsel, legal, CISO)
- Build and execute personalized, multi-channel outreach campaigns across email, phone, and social
- Leverage intent data and industry triggers to time outreach and add relevance
Lead qualification and collaboration
- Engage and qualify inbound and outbound leads based on company profile, risk exposure, and buying intent
- Schedule discovery calls and demos for the enterprise sales team
- Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene and activity tracking in Salesforce
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product to refine outreach messaging and market positioning
Customer research and insight building
- Analyze company-specific risks and tailor value propositions that resonate with legal, security, and brand teams
- Stay current on trends in online brand protection, DRP, and cybersecurity
- Share market feedback to help improve product, positioning, and campaign effectiveness
Career progression
- Successful SDRs typically advance to full-cycle Business Development Executive roles
Who you are
- 2–5 years of experience in enterprise sales, SDR, or BDR roles
- Background or strong interest in brand protection, cybersecurity, or legal tech
- Strong research and analytical skills — you can identify buyer needs and connect them to value
- Tenacious and proactive — you consistently follow up and move leads forward
- Commercially sharp — you understand how to spark conversations that lead to business outcomes
- Clear communicator — you build rapport quickly through email, phone, and meetings
- Organized and detail-oriented — you manage your pipeline with discipline and structure
